Study on microscopic numerical simulations of an SIQR model considering networks
Abstract
In this paper, we describe the SIQR epidemic model with mathematical differential equations and then propose four generalized systems of differential equations to model the spread of epidemic diseases focusing on networks. We give a simple solution of the SIQR model, the basic reproduction number will be performed and the theoretical results validated using numerical simulations. Finally, we make microscopic simulations for the differential equations of the epidemic model while analysing the difference in the spread of the infection on a scale-free network and a random network
